"Lacey"

Great Pyrenees make wonderful therapy dogs. The Great Pyrenees’ calm demeanor, self confidence and ability to think on their own help them excel in this work.  A Great Pyrenees exceptional  breeder like Jean Boyd can help with temperament selection and socialization recommendations.  Lacey is an example of meticulous breeding and a breeder who loves the Great Pyrenees breed.

Lacey is a beautiful Great Pyrenees who absolutely adores her work.  Lacey is a certified therapy dog with TDI and Paws Across Texas. Over the last three years Lacey has provided animal assisted therapy at nursing homes and hospitals as well as special events for charities in the communities of Collin, Tarrant and Dallas County of North Central Texas. Lacey is a very special lady and people always wanted to make sure she will visit again. She shows her versatility as a Great Pyrenees with AKC Rally Novice Title and has multiple Versatility Awards from the Great Pyrenees Club of America.

It is hard to believe that we told Jean Boyd we wanted a therapy dog just a few years ago and how Lacey has enriched not only our lives, but others as well with therapy dog work in the community.

"Boo"

Boo is a 5 year old Great Pyrenees certified therapy dog. Boo began his therapy dog career when he was a year old in Northern California with Furry Friends. He visited the Spinal Cord and Head Injury Unit of a county hospital in San Jose, CA and also visited a nursing home in Los Altos, CA.

For the last three years, after moving to Missouri, Boo is certified with Therapy Dogs, Inc. and regularly visits a psychiatric medical center, the children’s ward at a local hospital, several nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

In January 2007 Boo certified with Community Hospices of America and visits hospice patients assigned to him. Boo’s temperament and demeanor are calming and comforting to all; but especially to sick, troubled and lonely souls.
Boo is a showstopper everywhere he goes. His exquisite beauty and breeding are recognized and enjoyed by all that meet him. Boo leaves a paw print on many hearts.

Boo is the love of our lives.
